Our custom-built furnace system has the largest incineration capacity in the nation for recycling transformers, circuit breakers, switches, bushings, voltage regulators, reclosers and gas pipe.
EPS’ furnaces dispose and recycle non-PCB and PCB-contaminated transformers, electrical equipment and oil thoroughly and quickly. This proprietary system destroys PCBs and other hazardous and harmful contaminants.
Our scrap metal and transformer recycling program identifies valuable metals and facilitates the often profitable process of recycling and reuse. Additionally, oil from equipment that is contaminated with PCBs less than 50 ppm PCBs is incinerated in the EPS afterburner.
