For regulated and high-liability materials, final disposition is only part of the job. Customers also need records that demonstrate what was received, how it was handled and what happened to it. EPS maintains a dedicated recordkeeping system for materials received for disposal or recycling.

Item-Level Tracking

EPS uses proprietary, custom-built software to record and maintain information related to items received at its facility. The system stores material information and generates automated reports used to support compliance with EPA requirements.

Shipping and Manifest Records

In addition to electronic records, EPS maintains hard copies of shipping paperwork, including hazardous waste manifests.

Customized Customer Reports

EPS can generate customized reports using information maintained in its system. These reports can support customer environmental programs, regulatory reviews and internal compliance needs.

Certificate of Disposal or Disposal/Recycling for qualifying oil-processing shipments
Chain of Custody records for PCB testing
